5. TCPA & Communication Preferences

By submitting your phone number, you consent to receiving calls and text messages from us and our partners, including those made using an automatic telephone dialing system (ATDS) or prerecorded/artificial voice, for marketing and informational purposes related to insurance products and services. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

To opt out: Reply STOP to any text message, call the number in our communication, or email optout@pretzingergroup.com. We will process your request within a reasonable time.

6. Do-Not-Call Policy

We maintain an internal Do-Not-Call list and honor all opt-out requests. We scrub our calling lists against the National Do-Not-Call Registry. Requests to be added to our internal Do-Not-Call list can be made by emailing optout@pretzingergroup.com or by calling the number provided in any communication from us. We will honor your request within 30 days.
