Prior Express Written Consent. By providing your telephone number through any of our forms, landing pages, websites, or lead submission processes, you provide your prior express written consent for Pretzinger Group, its subsidiaries (including The Insurance Dudes and Pretzinger Agency), and their authorized agents, affiliates, partners, and assigned lead buyers to contact you at the telephone number(s) you provided. This consent covers calls and text messages (SMS/MMS) made using an automatic telephone dialing system (ATDS), prerecorded or artificial voice messages, and/or manually dialed calls, for the purpose of marketing, selling, or providing information about insurance products and services.

Consent Not Required for Purchase. Your consent to receive autodialed calls and texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may choose not to provide consent and still inquire about our services by contacting us directly.

Message & Data Rates. Standard message and data rates may apply to any text messages sent or received. Message frequency varies.

Opt-Out. You may revoke your consent at any time by replying STOP to any text message, by calling us at the number provided in our communications, or by emailing optout@pretzingergroup.com. Upon receipt of your opt-out request, we will cease autodialed and prerecorded communications to the number(s) you specify within a reasonable time.

Caller Identification. When we or our partners place outbound calls, we will identify ourselves and the purpose of the call at the beginning of the conversation.

Calling Hours. We will not place telemarketing calls before 8:00 AM or after 9:00 PM in the recipient's local time zone, in accordance with TCPA and applicable FCC regulations.

Do-Not-Call. We maintain an internal Do-Not-Call list and honor all requests to be placed on it. We also comply with the National Do-Not-Call Registry maintained by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). If you wish to be added to our internal Do-Not-Call list, please contact optout@pretzingergroup.com.

When you submit your information through one of our lead forms or landing pages, your data (including name, phone number, email address, and any other submitted information) may be shared with one or more of our insurance carrier partners, licensed agents, or authorized third-party lead buyers for the purpose of contacting you about insurance products and services.

By submitting your information, you acknowledge and agree that multiple companies and agents may contact you, and that your information may be sold or transferred to such parties in accordance with applicable law.
